Training HQ provides a business platform that connects organizations with manufacturing, packaging, freight, and related services, along with administrative tools to manage organizations, users, and configuration. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Training HQ operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
